Roadkill Memorials

Experts say Tasmania has the highest rate of roadkill per kilometre of road in the world, and that the only way to bring down the toll is to get drivers to slow down at night.

Horrified by what they're seeing, some locals have been putting up signs to demonstrate the casualties — and they say it's helping.
